Country’s Major Hospitals to Set Up Diabetes Clinics: Mukhtar.


Islamabad: Coordinator to the Prime Minister on National Health Services, Mukhtar Ahmad, has announced that a program is being launched under which major hospitals across the country will set up specialized clinics for diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases. Speaking to the media in Islamabad today, he said these centers will be established at PIMS and Polyclinic Hospital in the federal capital.

According to Radio Pakistan, this initiative aims to provide dedicated healthcare services to patients suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions. The establishment of these specialized clinics is part of a broader strategy to enhance healthcare infrastructure and improve patient outcomes by providing focused and continuous care.
