Three suspected terrorists linked to India were killed during an operation conducted by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Barikot, Swat, on Saturday. Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the CTD for their successful action against what he termed “Fitna-e-Hindustan” militants.

The minister commended the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CTD for their professionalism and rapid response, which he said prevented a potential attack. He highlighted the elimination of a high-value target among the three deceased.

Naqvi acknowledged the bravery and skill of the CTD personnel involved in the operation, stating their courage is valued nationwide. He also congratulated the Inspector General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and the entire CTD team for this significant accomplishment.
