Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Saturday welcomed the positive trend in the stock market, with the 100-index reaching new records.

Expressing her thoughts, she said: “The positive trend in the stock market indicates a better future for the government, with foreign investors showing confidence in the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz-led government.”.

“We welcome the announcement of a $10 billion investment by the UAE,” she said. She was optimistic that “good days” were coming for Pakistan and its people.
