Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for launching joint efforts to promote prosperity for all in the Asia-Pacific.

Addressing the 29th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders’ Meeting in Bangkok on Friday, he stressed the need to ensure the development for the people and by the people and that its fruits are shared among the people.

The President XI expressed his resolve to share China’s development opportunities with the world, particularly with the Asia-Pacific region.
