A meeting of the Central Apex Committee on the National Action Plan will be held on Monday, chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir will also attend the meeting.

According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Interior, the meeting will take place at the Prime Minister’s House, where the overall security situation of the country will be discussed.

In addition to the Prime Minister, the meeting will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, federal ministers, the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and the Chief Ministers of all four provinces. The military leadership will also participate in the session.

The meeting will also include special invitations for the Federal Minister for Planning and Development, the Minister for Religious Affairs, as well as the Chairmen of NADRA and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), along with the Chief Commissioner of Islamabad.
