QUETTA: Muhammad Yousaf, President, Junior Teachers Association, Balochistan, has called on authorities to take strict disciplinary action against the officials of BBISE, Quetta who used derogatory and insulting remarks against teachers.

Addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club here on Sunday, he said that some teachers visited the office of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE), Quetta the previous day to confirm about their official duties about the forthcoming examination of Metric, but instead of providing the required information, some officials of BBISE, Quetta passed very derogatory and insulting remarks against them without any cogent reasons.

He said that teachers were often insulted at BBISE, Quetta at the behest of Shoukat Sarpara, Controller, BBISE, Quetta and Shamsullah, Deputy Controller, BBISE, Quetta, adding that though an inquiry was being conducted against Shoukat Sarpara at Chief Minister’s Inspection Team (C.M.I.T) yet he occupied the position of Controller, BBISE, Quetta.

He called on Minister for Colleges, Higher, Technical and Secondary Education, Mir Naseebullah Marri and Secretary, Secondary Education Department, Abdul Rauf Baloch to take strict disciplinary action against the officials of Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Department (BBISE), Quetta.
