QUETTA:Balochistan Civil Secretariat Officers Welfare Association has called on the authorities to implement the decision of the provincial government regarding share distribution between Balochistan Secretariat Services (BSS) and Balochistan Civil Services besides entertaining other demands of BCSOWA within a period of five days otherwise offices in Balochistan Civil Secretarial would be locked.
It was stated by Abdul Malik Kakar, President, Balochistan Civil Secretariat Officers Welfare Association while addressing a press conference other office bearers of BCSOWA and Comrade Muhammad Younas Zehri, President, Balochistan Civil Secretariat Staff Association here on Thursday, Kakar said that several government cases were subjudice before the courts, including Balochistan High Court, but Services and General Administration Department did not file parawise comments before the courts.
He said that officers of Balochistan Secretariat Services (BSS) serving in the field against the position of Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) were not being provided essential facilities, including office and transport. He added that non-cadre-employees had been posted in Balochistan Civil Secretariat against cadre posts. He called on authorities to repatriate all attach employees serving in different departments of Balochistan Civil Secretariat to their parent departments.
