Bangladeshi Civil Servants Begin Executive Leadership Programme in Pakistan

A contingent of senior Bangladeshi public sector officials has arrived in Pakistan to commence a two-week Executive Leadership Training programme, an initiative designed to bolster institutional connections and foster greater bilateral collaboration between the two nations.

According to a report today, the group, which was seen off from Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka by Pakistan”s High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Mr. Imran Haider, received a cordial reception upon their arrival in Karachi. Officials from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, alongside representatives of the Civil Services Academy (CSA), extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegates.

This Executive Leadership Training stands as a flagship undertaking by the Government of Pakistan, specifically crafted to fortify institutional ties between Pakistan and Bangladesh. The comprehensive course underscores a mutual dedication to capability development, inter-regional partnership, and the sharing of expertise within the realm of public administration.

The endeavour marks a pivotal step towards cultivating closer two-nation cooperation and promoting reciprocal learning opportunities between the public sector organisations of both countries.
