Balochistan will not be able to pay salaries to 5,106

QUETTA: Government of Balochistan will not be able to pay salaries to 5,106 employees of federal levies force as the federal government has not allocated budget for federal levies Balochistan in the current financial year 2022-2023. It will take a lot of time to transfer out the data individually keeping in view the huge strength of federal levies.

It is pertinent to mention that employees of federal levies have been shifted to provincial government in the current financial year 2022-2023, but the federal government has not allocated budget for federal levies Balochistan in the current financial year 2022-2023.

Currently, 5,106 employees of federal levies are drawing salaries from federal government in various districts of Balochistan. In the current scenario, data of the said employees has to be transferred out from federal server that will subsequently be transferred in in provincial server. Accountant General Pakistan Revenue, Quetta on August 31, 2022 requested.

Accountant General Pakistan Revenue, Islamabad to apprise solution for transferring out and transferring in the data of federal levies force to provincial levies as keeping in view the huge strength of federal levies, it will take a lot of time to transfer out the data individually.
