Balochistan Under ‘Worst Kind of Dictatorship,’ Claims Jamaat-e-Islami Leader

Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Balochistan, MPA Moulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman, has declared that Balochistan is experiencing the “worst kind of dictatorship” with a lack of justice. Speaking at a symbolic hunger strike camp organized by the Balochistan Grand Alliance, he expressed solidarity with protesting government employees, highlighting the irony of their struggle for genuine demands.

During his visit to the protest camp, Hidayat-ur-Rehman criticized the current state of affairs in Balochistan, comparing it unfavorably to the freedom within central prison Mach. He revealed that eighteen FIRs had been lodged against him and lamented the absence of both infidelity and Islam in the country.

In a separate development, Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, Senior Deputy Chairman of the Pushtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, also visited the protest camp, assuring the participants that his party would advocate for the rights of government employees at every available forum.
