Balochistan to get priority in housing schemes: Minister

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Housing and Ameer, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl), Moulana Abdul Wasey, has said that Balochistan province, which remained deprived by Federal Government in housing schemes, would be prioritized in housing schemes.

These views were expressed by him while talking to the members of National Assembly, senior leaders and workers of JUI (F) after taking oath as Federal Minister for Housing here on Tuesday. “Steps for improving the economy of the country, which had been ruined by the previous government, would soon be taken by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his team”, said he, adding that trust reposed on him by Moulana Fazal-ur-Rehman and the party would be fulfilled.

He remarked that the allotment of plots to near and dear ones at Baleli and Wahdat Colony areas of Quetta under Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme would be investigated thoroughly and strict action against those involved in corruption would be taken. Despite being the part of federal government, JUI (F) would soon start preparation for the next general election. On the occasion, MNA Moulana Sala-ud-Din Ayubi, MNA Molvi Kamal-ud-Din, MPA Haji Nawaz Kakar, MPA Younas Aziz Zehri and others were also present.
