Leaders of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Nazriyati Balochistan on Tuesday said that that the federation had left no stone unturned to exploit Balochistan.
In a joint statement, Provincial Ameer, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Nazriyati, Balochistan, and Moulana Abdul Qadir Luni, General Secretary, said that Balochistan had been deprived of its resources, minerals, projects under CPEC and new industries.
He said that business points along borders of neighbouring countries had been closed. They said citizens of bordering areas depend on border business, but two times meals had been snatched from the local citizens.
The JUI-N said major part of Balochistan had been deprived of basic facilities including pure drinking water, education, electricity and healthcare facilities. The people of Balochistan had been hoodwinked with the holloq promises of progress and development.
The leaders said exploitative steps of inefficient rulers had turned Balochistan into problemistan, adding that under a pre-planned conspiracy, Balochistan was being exploited. They said that projects under China Pakistan Economic Corridor-CPEC had neither benefited citizens of Gwadar nor had the said mega projects had benefitted people of Balochistan.
