In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference on Friday strongly condemning the recent blasphemous incident at the Government Medical College in Srinagar said that no Muslim can tolerate such disrespectful action.

According to a Kashmir Media Service report, a non-local Hindu student studying at the Government Medical College in Srinagar posted the sacrilegious content against the Prophet (pbuh) on social media. College students and doctors held a strong protest against the derogatory post the other day and demanded strict action against the guilty student.

APHC leaders including jailed Molvi Bashir Ahmad Irfani, Mohammad Yusuf Naqash, Maulana Musaib Nadvi, Farida Behanji, Fayaz Hussain Jafri, Sibte Shabbir Qumi, Imtiyaz Rishi, Abdul Samad Inqilabi, Hifza Banu and others in their statements in Srinagar have demanded severe punishment for the guilty student, stating that the incident has hurt the feelings of Muslims worldwide.
