The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has seized a significant quantity of drugs in two separate operations conducted in the Maskail and Chaman areas of Balochistan.
According to an official statement from the ANF Balochistan spokesperson, 840 kilograms of opium and 150 kilograms of hashish were confiscated in an operation in Maskail, located in Chagai district.
In a separate operation in Chaman, near the Afghanistan border, ANF personnel recovered 84 kilograms of opium.
The operations are part of continued efforts to curb drug trafficking in the region. Authorities have intensified surveillance and enforcement measures to prevent the smuggling of narcotics.
