AJK President Holds Separate Meetings with Influential Figures

Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) President Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry held separate meetings with influential figures at Kashmir House in Islamabad on Sunday, exchanging views on the political environment and the future of higher education. Chaudhry first met with former AJK President and Prime Minister Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan to analyze the prevailing political situation in the region. The two leaders also deliberated on shared concerns.

In a separate meeting, the President congratulated Professor Dr. Nasser Jamal Khattak on his recent appointment as Vice-Chancellor of the University of Muzaffarabad. Chaudhry urged Khattak to prioritize improving educational standards and addressing the institution’s existing issues. He expressed his expectation that Khattak would utilize his abilities to advance higher education and bring international prominence to the university, pledging his full support for this cause. The two also exchanged views on various topics of mutual interest.
