In line with the directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the National Highway Authority and Frontier Works Organization have set up additional toll booths at Hakla toll plaza to cater the traffic rush.

The Prime Minister had taken notice of the rush at Hakla Toll plaza two days ago and directed the authorities to set up extra booths for toll collection.

In this connection, Minister for Communications and Postal Services Asad Mahmood along with concerned officials made an emergency visit to the toll plaza and appreciated the authorities for prompt action on Prime Minister’s directive.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said as soon as the e-tag system is activated, the traffic flow will be further smoothened on all motorways across the country.

He said we are taking all out steps for removing any difficulties faced by the people during travel on the motorways.
