90,000 Pilgrims Set to Begin Hajj Journey Under Govt Scheme

Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Sardar Mohammad Yousuf, has announced that 90,000 pilgrims will embark on the Hajj pilgrimage under the government scheme, with the first flight scheduled for April 28.

During a press conference in Lahore, the Minister highlighted that comprehensive arrangements have been organized for the pilgrims following directives from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. He mentioned that the Saudi Government has also completed necessary preparations on their part. Training programs for pilgrims are currently in progress at Punjab University, which Yousuf is personally overseeing.

Sardar Mohammad Yousuf extended gratitude to the Prime Minister and his team for their efforts in reducing electricity costs and controlling inflation, which now stands at below ten percent.
