A 30-year-old woman was killed after being hit by a high-speed vehicle near the Railway Girls High School on Joint Road in Quetta. The driver fled the scene after the accident.
According to details, the incident occurred when Saniya was walking with her father. A speeding car hit the woman, resulting in her sustaining severe injuries.
Saniya was taken to Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta in an injured state, where doctors declared her dead. Saniya was the only sister among her brothers.
After the accident, the driver managed to escape. Police have started searching for the vehicle with the help of CCTV cameras. Further investigations by the relevant authorities are ongoing.
