The three-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Afridi also comprised Justice Musarrat Hilali and Justice Mazahar Ali Naqvi. PTI chairman was also present in the court at the time of hearing. PESHAWAR:Khyber Pakhtunkhwa caretaker Transport Minister Shahid Khattak has stepped down from his position after the Election Commission of Pakistan sought his dismissal, according to a report on Monday. Khattak sent his resignation to interim KP Chief Minister Muhammad Azam Khan. He also faxed his resignation to the provincial chief secretary. He cited personal reasons behind his decision to step down. In his resignation note, he wrote: “It is stated that I am unable to continue as caretaker provincial minister due to some personal commitments.
