QUETTA: Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, Chief Minister Balochistan has approved summary initiated for withdrawal of FIR lodged at Police Station, Civil Line, Quetta against doctors of Young Doctors Association (YDA).
In compliance with the directives of Chief Minister Balochistan, Home and Tribal Affairs Department on December 28, 2021 forwarded copy of summary duly approved by the Chief Minister Balochistan to Prosecution Department regarding withdrawal of Prosecution in case FIR No. 215/2021 under section 186, 341, 291, 290/B, 278, 270, 269, 147, 149 PPC of Police Station, Civil Line, Quetta.
Home and Tribal Affairs Department in its letter, copy is available with PPI, requested Prosecution Department to direct the Public Prosecutor concerned to file an application in the matter before court of law for the subject purpose.
