KARACHI: During the week ending 24 December 2021, SBP reserves decreased by US$298 million to US$17,855.3 million.

State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) report on Thursday said that the total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$24,273.6 million on 24 December 2021. The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under: Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan: US$17,855.3 million; Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks were US$ 6,418.3 million.

Total liquid foreign reserves stood at US$ 24,273.6 million. During the week ended 24 December 2021, SBP reserves decreased by US$298 million to US$17,855.3 million.
