SIBI: Sibbi police claimed to have foiled the bid to smuggle 192 kilogram high quality hashish in an operation conducted in the precincts of Sadr Police Station, Sibbi in Balochistan province on Wednesday. One alleged accused was also arrested in the operation.
Following the directions of SSP, Sibbi, Dostain Dashti, staff of Sadr Police Station, Sibbi seized 192 kilogram high quality hashish from a interior Sindh-bound poultry pickup coming from Quetta within the jurisdiction of Sadr Police Station, Sibbi. One alleged accused was also arrested during the operation.
Value of the seized hashish, which was to be smuggled to the interior of the country, was millions of rupees in the international market. Further investigation was being conducted by authorities of Sadr Police Station, Sibbi.
