Quetta: Government of Balochistan has asked all the administrative departments that nomination of appropriate candidates for Islamic Development Bank’s (IsDB) prize impactful achievements in Islamic Economics for the year 2022 be furnished so that the names of nominees could be forwarded to Islamic Development Bank for the subject prize.
In a letter addressed to administrative departments, the copy of which is available with PPI, Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan on Friday stated that Islamic Development Bank would award prize for the year 2022 for the category of knowledge contribution to Islamic economics and finance, aiming to recognise, reward and encourage individuals and institutions for their contribution of useful knowledge that influences or has the potential to produce Islamic solutions to major development challenges, therefore, Planning and Decisions Department directed all administrative departments that nominations of appropriate candidates for Islamic Development Bank’s (IsDB) prize impactful achievements in Islamic Economics for the year 2022 be furnished to Planning and Development Department, so that the same could be forwarded to Islamic Development Bank for the subject prize.
The prize will be distributed among winner and the runner-up awardee as per follow:- 1st Prize; US$ 50,000; 2nd Prize; US$ 30,000; and 3rd Prize; US$ 20, 000.
