ISLAMABAD: Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce and Cooperative Department Ikramullah Dharejo, while expressing concern over the closure of gas to non-export industries, has said that the closure of gas to non-export industries is a regrettable act.
Federal government is deliberately destroying Sindh’s industry with artificial load shedding. Dharejo added: “Sindh’s industries are the economic hub of the country. Sindh supplies the most gas, but Sindh is being deprived of gas.”
Dharejo said it was unfortunate that the federal government was constantly robbing Sindh of its rights. The incompetent federal government did not realize the importance of industry. He said that development of Pakistan was linked with industrial development and if the industries of the country were destroyed then there would be a flood of unemployment and poverty in the country.
