QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, has approved summary for increasing the fund of Balochistan Awami Endowment Fund (BAEF) to the tune of Rs6 billion, according to a statement issued by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat on Monday.

A summary, initiated by Social Welfare Department with the proposal of increasing the seed money of the fund of Balochistan Awami Endowment Fund from 04 billion to 06 billion, has been approved by the Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo.

BAEF, dealt with by Social Welfare Department, Government of Balochistan, is meant to provide healthcare facilities to the patients of Balochistan province suffering from cancer, liver and kidney diseases without any discrimination in the hospitals of Quetta and others areas of the country.
