QUETTA: Government of Balochistan has merged Primary and Secondary Healthcare and Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department into Health Department.

A notification issued by Government of Balochistan, Services and General Administration Department received today, Primary and Secondary Healthcare and Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department have been merged into Health Department.

Notification further says that consequent upon the merger of the above mentioned department, necessary amendments in the Balochistan Government Rules of Business, 2012 in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 139 read with Article 129 of the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, shall be made.
