APHC pays glowing tribute to Quaid-i-Azam

Islamabad: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter organized a meeting in Islamabad on Saturday to pay tribute to founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his birth anniversary, today.

The meeting was presided over by its Convener, Mohammad Farooq Rehmani while all representatives of the APHC-AJK and other people attended the meeting, according to a KSM report.

Mohammad Farooq Rehmani and other Hurriyat leaders on the occasion, while paying glorious tribute to late Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, emphasized the importance of his great mission during his struggle for freedom and democracy in British India and wooed to follow the aims and objectives of the great Quaid-i-Azam.

Referring to the Kashmir dispute, the Hurriyat leaders pledged to continue their struggle according to the mission and objectives of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

“Quaid-i-Azam was a great personality of the century and the Kashmiris salute him for the services he rendered for Muslims of the subcontinent,” they said, adding that Quaid-i-Azam always believed in practical work and took necessary measures for the freedom of Kashmir from the Indian yoke. They said Jinnah had a special love and affection for the people of Kashmir.
