QUETTA: Government of Balochistan has directed all MSes of public sector hospitals to ensure resumption of OPD services in their respective hospitals in pursuance of the instructions of the High Court of Balochistan.

In a letter issued on November 04, 2021, Noor-ul-Haq Baloch, Secretary, Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of Balochistan directed all Medical Superintendents / Executive Directors of public sector hospitals to ensure resumption of OPD services in their respective hospitals in pursuance of the instructions of the High Court of Balochistan.

It is worth mentioning that Young Doctors Association YDA has been observing boycott of OPD services and Operation Theatres OTs of public sector hospitals of the province for the last 35 days to get the demands of YDA entertained.
