Quetta: Deputy Commissioner, Quetta, Irfan Aziz Memon, has said that the role of non-governmental-organizations to assist the deserving people of different areas of the province during winter season was pivotal.

These views were expressed by him while addressing a function held in the office of Director, Balochistan Levies Force on Friday in connection with provision of warm clothes worth Rs. 2.4 million to district administration, Quetta by a non-governmental organisation.

Memon said that warm clothes provided by NGO would be distributed amongst poor and deserving people of Quetta and other areas of the province transparently.

On the occasion, Chairman of the concerned social organisation, Changez Khan, Assistant Commissioner, Sadr, Quetta, Muhammad Ibrahim and others were also present.
